About the Author / Editor
B.V. Shah retired as Professor of Sociology from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. He also taught sociology at M.S. University of Baroda, Vadodara and Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. He has, to his credit, several published research papers and books.
K.B. Shah has taught historical, philosophical and sociological aspects of education at M.B. Patel College of Education, Vallabh Vidyanagar and S.N.D.T. College for Women, Vadodara. Her in-depth observations of social interactions in and outside classrooms have provided good insight in the environment of educational institutions.
