About the Author / Editor

Sunil K. Muttoo is Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, University of Delhi, India. He received his PhD in Coding Theory and M.Phil. in Mathematics from the University of Delhi and M.Tech. in Computer Science and Data Processing from IIT, Kharagpur. His areas of interest include Information Hiding, Coding Theory and E-Governance. He has over 100 publications at national and international forums.

Rajan Gupta is a Research and Analytics Professional and is the Corresponding Author of the current book. He has done his PhD (Information Systems) in the area of E-Governance from the Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi. He completed his Master in Computer Application (MCA) from University of Delhi, Post- graduate Program in Management (PGPM) from IMT Ghaziabad, and Executive Program in Business Intelligence and Analytics (EPBABI) from IIM, Ranchi. He is NET-JRF qualified under University Grant Commission, India, and holds a certificate in Consulting from Consultancy Development Centre (CDC), DSIR, Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. He is one of the few Certified Analytics Professionals (CAP) around the world and is currently serving as CAP Ambassador in Asia Region (INFORMS, USA). He has been accredited with GStat from American Statistical Association. He has worked with firms like Samsung and Inauctus [TCF Consultancy] in their research and analytics department. He has also been associated as Assistant Professor on Ad-hoc basis with Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, University of Delhi, Department of Computer Science (Faculty of Mathematical Science)—University of Delhi, and IMT—Ghaziabad for delivering lectures in Computer Science, IT and Management. His area of interest includes E-Governance, Public Information Systems, Multimedia Data processing, Data Mining and Data Analytics. He has over 50 publications at various national and international forums.

Saibal K. Pal is Director of Cyber Security at Defense Research & Development Organization (DRDO), Delhi. He has worked as Senior Scientist with Scientific Analysis Group (SAG), DRDO for many years and has been awarded “Scientist of the Year” from Government of India. He received his PhD in Computer Science from University of Delhi and is an Invited Faculty & Research Guide at a number of national institutions. His areas of interest are Information & Network Security, Computational Intelligence, Information Systems and Electronic Governance. He has more than 100 publications in books, journals and international conference proceedings.
